Russia attacks centre of Kherson: City Military Administration employee killed, two wounded

The Russian military has attacked the centre of Kherson this morning, killing an employee of the City's Military Administration and injuring two people.

Quote: "Russian occupying forces are attacking Kherson. The central part of the city is under fire".

Details: The authorities urged residents not to remain in the open and to head for shelter.

Mrochko said that one person had been killed and two people wounded as a result of the morning attack, including employees of the City Military Administration and the Department of Urban Development, Architecture and Land Resources.

Quote from Mrochko: "Around 09:00 [Kyiv time] Russians from the temporarily occupied left bank attacked the centre of Kherson. They struck near high-rise buildings."  

More details: Later, Mrochko reported that an employee of the City Military Administration had gone out to get water together with a colleague. The women were outside at the time of the Russian attack. The other injured employee is a man.

Quote from Mrochko: "The wounded woman is in a serious condition. She has had a traumatic amputation of the left forearm and sustained abdominal injuries. One of the men sustained minor injuries, the other was hospitalised in a moderate condition. All the wounded are being provided with the necessary medical care.
