Details: Traffic on the illegally built Crimean bridge is reportedly temporarily suspended.
"Those present on the bridge and in the inspection area are asked to remain calm and follow the instructions of transport safety officers," the statement said.
Razvozhayev later added that there might be smoke in the area of the bay.
"If you see smoke in the area of Sevastopol Bay, it is the military using their service smoke-screen camouflage. I would like to remind you that the smell is unpleasant, but it is absolutely safe," Razvozhayev assures.
