LSM.LV said Latvia has been handing over drunk drivers’ cars to Ukraine, which is repelling the Russian attack, for some time.

The publication emphasised that the Latvian government decided on 31 October to send another 20 vehicles with a total market value of about €56,000 free of charge.

The document prepared by the Ministry of Finance said these cars will be sent, in particular, to the Poltava 1st City Hospital, a medical centre in Kharkiv, Kherson Military City Administration, and other organisations in Kherson Oblast.
