Crimea-based Telegram channels reported a powerful explosion in the city of Sevastopol in Russia-occupied Crimea on late 24 October

Details: Locals report that the air raid warning was not issued in the city at the time of the explosion. The occupying authorities have not commented on the incident yet.
Updated at 23:25: Razvozhaev wrote that, according to the Russian Armed Forces, "regular activities [took place] in the sea, including the use of anti-submarine rocket systems."
And in the Kara-Koba area, an electronic warfare station downed a drone that allegedly "detonated in a field." According to him, there was no damage done to the infrastructure.
