Russia reports attack by 3 uncrewed vessels near Sevastopol
The Russian Defence Ministry says that its fleet defended itself against three uncrewed Ukrainian vessels in the northern part of the Black Sea in the early morning.

Quote: "On 24 October, at about 04:00 in Moscow (the same time as in Kyiv – ed.), three uncrewed vessels belonging to the Ukrainian navy were detected in the northern part of the Black Sea by technical surveillance equipment.
Anti-sabotage missile and bomb systems fired on the area where the uncrewed vessels were detected."
Details: The Russian Defence Ministry reports that at 08:18, "a set of mine action and anti-sabotage measures is being carried out on the outer road of Sevastopol Bay".
Background: Overnight on 23-24 October, social media reported explosions and shootings in Sevastopol, and the occupation authorities claimed a possible "underwater attack".
