Russia strikes two districts of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
The Russian army struck the Synelnykove and Nikopol districts in Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts in Ukraine on the afternoon of 23 October.

Quote: "A missile targeted the Zaitseve hromada in the Synelnykove district [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.]. A private house and a power line were damaged. Almost 150 families had been left without power, but the specialists resumed the supply."
Details: The Russians struck the city of Nikopol and Marhanets hromada three more times. Ten houses, an outbuilding and a car were damaged.
A fire broke out in a café and was put out. There were no casualties.
