Ukrainian Air Force Spokesman reports on new Russian drones with AliExpress engines

The Russians have launched the production of unidentified drones using engines from AliExpress, and they pose a threat, Ukrainian Air Force Spokesman Yurii Ihnat has said.

We have the scraps, we have the debris, and we can see what the enemy is using to make them.

The engines were actually bought from AliExpress, and this is how the enemy is going to use them.

This is not the first time this aircraft has been made from simple materials, quick-and-dirty, as they say, and launched towards our country.

Nevertheless, it's dangerous.

This UAV is an attack type; it carries several kilograms of explosives, so it poses a danger."

Background: On the morning of 22 October, the Ukrainian Air Force reported two UAVs launched by the Russians towards Ukraine from the north.
