Governor of Russia's Rostov Oblast says 2 airstrikes occurred there on Saturday

Vasily Golubev, Governor of Russia’s Rostov Oblast, has said that an "air target" was intercepted in Rostov Oblast on the afternoon of Saturday, 21 October, adding that Russian air defence later shot down targets outside of the oblast.
