Details: Around 04:00, the air-raid warnings began to extend from Sumy Oblast.

Later, the air-raid warning was announced in Poltava, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Cherkasy oblasts, as well as in the city of Kyiv.
