Russians bombard Sumy Oblast, drop 40 bombs and launch missiles of various types
The Russian forces carried out 17 attacks on the border areas of Sumy Oblast over the past 24 hours, dropping bombs and launching missiles, with 86 strikes recorded in total.

Details: Krasnopillia, Khotyn, Bilopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Druzhkivka, Svesa and Seredyna-Buda hromadas were attacked [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories].
A mortar attack was carried out on Velyka Pysarivka hromada, with three strikes recorded in total.
Russians dropped 40 bombs on Krasnopillia hromada. They also pummelled the area with anti-tank guided missiles (two strikes).
They also targeted Druzkhivka hromada with multiple-launch rocket systems. A local resident was injured as a result of the attack. Mortar bombardment was also recorded in the area (12 strikes).
The Russian occupying forces also fired at Svesa hromada with mortars, with seven strikes recorded in total.
Nine strikes were recorded in Seredyna-Buda hromada, which the Russians attacked with mortar fire.
Khotyn hromada was bombarded using howitzers (five strikes), artillery (five strikes) and mortars (six strikes), as well as S-13 unguided missiles (two strikes).
Seven bombs were dropped on Bilopillia hromada.
