Power supply restored in Kherson, water not yet available in 10 houses – Zelenskyy
The supply of electricity was restored in the city of Kherson, where power and water supply were disrupted on Sunday 15 October due to a Russian attack; 10 houses’ water supply has not been restored yet.

In particular, there were blackouts in Kherson because of Russian explosives. Our repair crews are doing their best.
As of now, electricity has been restored in Kherson and almost the entire city has water supply, except for 10 houses in the Tavriiskyi microdistrict. Regarding these buildings, repair work should be completed tomorrow. "
