Power outage in some districts of Kherson follows strong explosion
A heavy explosion rocked Kherson on the morning of 15 October, followed by a power outage in some city districts.

Details: The explosion occurred around 10:30.
The power supply was reportedly cut off in some districts of Kherson, and the water supply was interrupted.
Kherson Oblast Military Administration has not yet provided any information on the incident.
Update: Mrochko later specified that the Russian army had used an SU-34 bomber to launch an air strike on a critical infrastructure facility in Kherson.
Early reports indicate that the Russians had dropped two guided aerial bombs.
