Explosions heard in Vinnytsia oblast, missile strikes reported
Explosions were heard in Vinnytsia Oblast on the night of 29-30 September, and Kalynivka City Council and the Oblast Military Administration reported missile strikes.

Quote from Kalynivka City Council: "Unfortunately, there are [missile - ed.] strikes. Stay calm. Remain in shelters until the all-clear is given. The mayor is at the scene.
Do not comment on social media or post photos."
Details: After 01:00 in the morning on 30 September, Suspilne Vinnytsia reported several times that "sounds of explosions" had been heard in the oblast.
Quote from Borzov: "Unfortunately, there is a hit to an infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia."
Details: Later, the city council reported that measures were being taken in Kalynivka hromada to deal with the aftermath of Russian missile attacks [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.]. Preliminary reports indicate that there are no casualties.
