Russians launch over 20 attacks on border areas of Sumy Oblast, killing one man
The Russians carried out 21 attacks on the border areas of Sumy Oblast on 23 September. One local resident was killed.

Details: A local resident in Yunakivka hromada was killed by an artillery shell.
