"Russia started this war, this is why the world is in such a situation [and] people suffer," Alar Karis stressed.
"The problems with food supplies started because of Russia's aggression, not EU sanctions," Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda said.
Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs also discussed the possibility of exporting Ukrainian grain through Baltic ports.

Edgars Rinkēvičs added that they also talked about Russia's responsibility for the crime of aggression, about the hybrid war against the EU waged by the self-proclaimed President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, with the help of migrants from third countries.
Earlier, the media unofficially found out about the alleged secret UN talks with the Kremlin on lifting sanctions to make Russia return to the grain agreement.
The Ukrainian Foreign Minister noted that he was aware of "some forces that support Russia's concessions in this demand" and stressed that any concessions made would only provoke new blackmail from Moscow.
