Russians attack Kherson, 66-year-old man injured

The Russian army attacked the city of Kherson on the evening of 18 September, injuring a 66-year-old man.

Quote: "At about 18:30 (Kyiv time), the Russian army attacked Kherson. They struck a garage cooperative [a cluster of garages similar to a car park – ed.]. A 66-year-old man was injured. He was hospitalised in serious condition. Doctors are providing the necessary assistance."

Background:

• The air defence was responding in Mykolaiv and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts overnight on 18 September; a Russian drone attacked a building in Snihurivka hromada, but there were no casualties. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.]
