Russians strike Kharkiv
Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, has reported Russian attacks on Kharkiv on the night of 17 September.

Details: The Kharkiv police asks citizens to inform them on all hits by Russian projectiles as well as any casualties on a special 102 telephone line.
An air-raid warning was issued in Kharkiv, Poltava and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts.
Updated: The head of the Kharkiv military garrison, Serhii "Marseille" Melnyk, said the shelling was carried out from Belgorod in Russia, and early reports said the Russians used S-300 air defence systems. The threat of new missile strikes remains, Melnyk said, adding that information about possible damage and casualties is being established.
A few minutes before the attack, the Ukrainian Air Force warned civilians of a threat of the use of ballistic weapons.
