Dog saved by patrol officers after Russian attack on Sumy dies
A dog injured in a Russian attack on the city of Sumy has died after being saved by patrol officers on 8 September.
The vet treating it said that its injuries were too serious.

The dog was approximately 10 years old, so it was hard for it to cope with the injuries it suffered and the post-traumatic stress.
"This video shows the dog yesterday, on 11 September. Today he is not with us anymore. We are really sorry we were not able to save his life.
UAnimals expresses its condolences to the dog’s owner and to everyone who has lost their pets as a result of the Russian aggression," the activists said.
Background: On 8 September, a Russian missile struck a residential area in the city of Sumy.
Rescue workers saved two elderly people and a dog from under the rubble. A 65-year old woman later died in hospital.
