Ukraine's Human Rights Commissioner presents mechanism for bringing back children deported by Russia
Dmytro Lubinets, Ukrainian Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights, has reported during the Yalta European Strategy that a mechanism has been developed to bring back Ukrainian children deported from the occupied territories.

Details: The Human Rights Commissioner said the mechanism for recovering children has several key stages:
Developing a mechanism for obtaining lists of children;
Verifying and updating of data;
Documenting the facts of crimes and identifying new circumstances;
Psychological rehabilitation of children upon their return;
Creating a special centre for rehabilitation;
Opening humanitarian corridors.
Background: In July, the Ukrainian Ombudsman's Office managed to bring two girls, 5 and 12, back from Russian occupation to the Ukrainian government-controlled territory.
