Details: Local residents told Suspilne that about ten explosions were heard in Starokostiantyniv hromada [administrative unit – ed.] during the air-raid warning.
"Smoke is now visible over the city, and windows have been smashed in some areas, including the local bus station," Suspilne reported.
Later, the Khmelnytskyi OMA posted a comment by Serhii Tiurin, First Deputy Head of the OMA, saying multiple explosions had occurred in one of the hromadas in the oblast when the air-raid warning was in effect.
He said the blast wave had damaged the roof, doors and windows in several private residential buildings, smashed windows in a municipal cultural institution, a bus station and a commercial building.
