Oleksii Danilov, Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defence Council, has said Russian targets are the best training ground for Ukrainian weapons and for their advertising at the world market.

- A Russian chemical tanker SIG was damaged in the Kerch Strait due to an uncrewed surface vessel (USV) attack on the evening of 4 August. The media said the Security Service of Ukraine and Ukrainian Navy were behind the special operation.
