Drone attacks Russian Kursk Oblast, damages administrative buildings

Roman Starovoyt, governor of Kursk Oblast of the Russian Federation, has said that on the evening of 4 August, a drone dropped explosives on the town of Rylsk, damaging two administrative buildings.

Windows in two administrative buildings were damaged, and glass in the Church of the Intercession was shattered."

Details: Starovoyt said that there had been no casualties in this attack.
