Explosions occur near Kerch, Russians block traffic on Crimean Bridge
On the evening of 4 August, loud explosions were heard in the occupied city of Kerch, and the occupation authorities of Crimea announced a "threat of attack" on the Crimean Bridge, which led to the blocking of traffic on the bridge.

Quote: "The loud noises heard by Kerch residents an hour ago had nothing to do with the Crimean Bridge. There has been a threat of an attack. After an all-clear is given, traffic [on the bridge – ed.] will resume."
Details: Kryuchkov also said that it was not the first time that the "air-raid warning" in the area of the Crimean Bridge was issued due to an attack threat, and sometimes it was even issued two to three times a day.
Kryuchkov added that he could not confirm the information circulating online about explosions near the bridge.
TASS, a Kremlin-aligned Russian news outlet, confirmed that traffic on the Crimean Bridge was temporarily blocked.
