Ukrainian Ground Forces Commander visits contact line: sets task to retake Klishchiivka
Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, has visited Ukrainian defenders on the contact line and set a task to retake the settlement of Klishchiivka on the Bakhmut front.

Quote: "You [the Ukrainian Defence Forces – ed.] are now, as always, at the forefront of the attack, at the forefront of the fighting. You know we have this [settlement] Klishchiivka that needs to be retaken. And here, without exaggeration, it's up to you, your role, bravery, courage, and skills. And I don't know anyone else who could perform these tasks."
Details: Syrskyi, together with the commanders of the 80th Separate Air Assault Brigade, 3rd Separate Assault Brigade, 5th Separate Assault Brigade, Liut (Fury) Brigade, and 68th Separate Jaeger Brigade, planned further actions and discussed solutions to challenging matters.
The commander also decorated the best soldiers. "I am proud to have the honour of commanding such heroes, and I am confident of our victory. I thank everyone for their service," he stressed.
