Details: The newspaper writes that the United States has changed its approach and decided to join the training of pilots from Ukraine as soon as the Ukrainian side selected them, although it was previously planned that the training would take place only in Europe.
The pilots will first receive English language training in Texas and then begin several months of flight training in Arizona. It is unknown which Ukrainian pilots will study in the United States on the F-16s – those who first had to go to Europe or an additional group.
It is expected that the decision on the exercises might be announced on Thursday evening, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine.
