Original 1991 Ukrainian flag brought into Ukrainian parliament
The original flag of Ukraine first carried into the plenary hall on 24 August 1991 after the adoption of the Act of Declaration of Independence of Ukraine has once again been carried into the hall of Verkhovna Rada [Ukrainian parliament] on Independence Day.

Details: Zhelezniak said that representatives of different states and diplomats took part in the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada.
