Hungarian President Katalin Novak has said that she recognises Ukraine's position that the war unleashed by Russia will end only with the liberation of Crimea.

Quote: "We must clearly stand on the side of Ukraine and condemn the unprovoked aggression of the Russian Federation... Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity are not in question. Ukraine has the right to say: where the war began, in Crimea, it should end there – with the liberation of Crimea."
Details: She added that Ukraine, which is defending itself, has "the respect and full solidarity of Hungary".
Background: In his speech, Polish President Andrzej Duda noted that the preservation of the entire world order depends on whether Russia will be able to "secure" Crimea as a result of the war.
And Lithuanian leader Gitanas Nausėda stressed in his speech that it was from Crimea that Russian aggression against Ukraine began, and Crimea would obviously be the place where it would finally be put to an end.
