Russia attacks infrastructure facility in Zhytomyr Oblast
On the night of 19 August, Russian troops attacked an infrastructure facility in Zhytomyr Oblast with drones, causing a fire to break out as the wreckage of the downed drone fell.

Quote: "Zhytomyr Oblast. The enemy attacked one of the oblast's infrastructure facilities with kamikaze drones. The fall of the wreckage of the downed drone caused a fire, which was contained by the State Emergency Service.
There were no casualties. Information on the extent of the damage is being clarified."
Details: Furthermore, Ukraine’s air defence forces were responding in Kyiv Oblast during a 4-hour air-raid warning. No hits were recorded in the oblast. There were no reported casualties or falling wreckage on the territory of the hromadas, the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration said [hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.].
