Medics remove mine shank from soldier's body
Military medics at a frontline hospital removed a mine shank from the body of a wounded soldier.
The photos of the recovered piece of explosive were shared by the Medical Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During further examination, doctors found a foreign piece in the wounded man's body, the contours of which resembled a mine shank.
Bomb disposal experts were called to the patient, and after examination, they confirmed that the foreign object could be removed safely.

"The patient's condition is now stable. The Medical Forces specialists are preparing him for further medical evacuation and rehabilitation," the Command added.
