Quote: "The occupying administration of Horlivka (temporarily seized lands of the Donetsk region) complained to Moscow about heavy losses among the mobilised residents of the city.

The occupiers are preparing for a new wave of mobilisation on the TOT (temporary occupied territories) to make up for the losses, and are already forming lists of men [to be drafted]. In particular, the mobilisation plan was presented to the Russian Gauleiter of Horlivka (Gauleiter, in this case, is a Russian-appointed puppet mayor or governor – ed.). However, in response, local collaborators complained that social tension is growing in the city, since more than 20,000 residents of the city, who were forcibly mobilised in 2022, have died since the beginning of the full-scale invasion."

Details: The National Resistance Center reported that the Russians form advanced units from residents of the occupied territories, throwing them into battle without proper training.

The National Resistance Center also noted that the mobilisation of residents of the occupied territories is an international crime.
