Russians claim to have shot down second UAV on their territory on 13 August

Russian authorities have claimed that they shot down two drones in one day, 13 August.

Details: The Russians allege that they destroyed a Ukrainian UAV, "fired on targets on the territory of the Russian Federation", in the skies over Kursk Oblast.
As usual, the Russian reports contain no mention of the destruction.
Background: A few hours earlier, the Russian Defence Ministry claimed that a Ukrainian drone had attempted to attack Russian territory but was supposedly shot down over Russia’s Belgorod Oblast.
