Another 560 Russians killed in Ukraine

Ukraine's defence forces killed another 560 Russian invaders and destroyed tens of units of equipment on 12 August.

Details: The total combat losses of the Russian forces from 24 February 2022 to 13 August 2023 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:
- approximately 253,850 (+560) military personnel
- 4,298 (+3) tanks
- 8,335 (+11) armoured combat vehicles
- 5,072 (+19) artillery systems
- 713 (+0) multiple-launch rocket systems
- 477 (+5) air defence systems
- 315 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft
- 313 (+0) helicopters
- 4,204 (+3) tactical UAVs
- 1,379 (+0) cruise missiles
- 18 (+0) ships/boats
- 7,543 (+20) vehicles and tankers
- 760 (+1) special vehicles and other equipment
The General Staff emphasises that the number for total Russian losses of cruise missiles has been updated to take account of the latest search and reconnaissance activities.
