Details: Propagandists reported that the drone was targeting a facility in the Russian capital, while the Shot Telegram channel, citing a source, suggests that the target was the Karamyshevsky hydraulic unit.
Authorities claimed that the drone was downed by electronic warfare and crashed in the west of the Russian capital. No people were injured.

After the explosion, authorities closed off part of the Karamyshevskaya embankment and cordoned off a nearby park.
Background:
- Earlier, it was reported that Vnukovo airport was temporarily closed in Moscow; according to emergency services, departures and arrivals at the airport were "postponed".
- Later, it became known that an explosion had occurred near Karamyshevskaya Embankment in northwestern Moscow, and authorities reported that a drone had been shot down.
