Zelenskyy imposes sanctions against companies of Russian oligarch Friedman and his partners
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree enacting the National Security and Defence Council's decision of 5 July to impose sanctions against 18 companies linked to Russian oligarchs Mikhail Fridman, German Khan and Petr Aven.

Quote from Zelenskyy: "A new sanction step by our state. Restrictions have been applied against 18 legal entities associated with the potential of the terrorist state. I signed the relevant decree today."
Details: The president emphasised that the activities of all individuals and legal entities, which are the basis of the Russian regime's ability to terrorise Ukraine and the international order based on rules, must be blocked.
He added that the authorities are doing everything to ensure that all sanctions are synchronised in the maximum number of jurisdictions.
Sanctions have been imposed for 10 years against the companies:

- AS Holding LLC (Russia, Moscow);
- AlfaStrakhovanie-OMS LLC (Russia, Moscow);
- AlfaStrakhovanie-Zhizn LLC (Russia, Moscow);
- Seline Limited, (Republic of Cyprus, Nicosia);
- Maslin Holdings Limited (Republic of Cyprus, Nicosia);
