A volunteer suffered a mine-explosive injury and post-traumatic otitis on 30 June near Makiivka.
There his car came under Russian fire. However, he only decided to go to the hospital yesterday."
Details: The Head of Luhansk Oblast, Artem Lysohor, also said that "on 4 July, another man was evacuated from Nevske. He has been hospitalised in a medical facility in a neighbouring oblast. Against the background of constant artillery attacks on the village, his stomach ulcer worsened."
The Oblast Military Administration reported that yesterday the Russians tried to advance to the south of Novoselivske. With the support of aircraft, they made attempts to oust Ukrainian troops from their positions west of Novovodiane and south of Dibrova, but were not successful.
Ukrainian soldiers bravely held the defence, repelling all the attacks of the Russians.
Nevske and Bilohorivka once again fell under artillery fire.
Due to losses in manpower, the leadership of the Russian Armed Forces plans to enlist former prisoners.
However, the command of the 20th Guards Combined Arms Army of the occupation forces, based in Luhansk Oblast, is trying to refuse the offer from above because of the low level of military training of these convicts, increased risks of desertion and the manifestation of disobedience observed in the ranks of other formations.
