For example, Russian servicemen set up a military hospital on the territory of a children's health centre in the settlement of Makarove, Luhansk Oblast, housing over 100 wounded occupiers. Russian military equipment and checkpoints are scattered throughout the centre’s territory. Residential buildings where the local population lives are located very close.

The situation is similar in the city of Lyman, Luhansk Oblast, where the Russian occupiers have turned the Yayinka children's health centre into a military hospital, where more than 100 wounded invaders are also being treated. Russian forces also use the camp to store military equipment."
