Russians attack Kherson for second time in one day, killing one person

Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the Kherson Oblast Military Administration, has said that the Russian army attacked the Korabel district of Kherson, and that one person had been killed there.

Quote: "A 65-year-old man came under enemy fire in his car. His friend tried to take him to hospital.

However, the injuries were too severe, and doctors could only pronounce him dead."

Details: A 38-year-old resident of Kherson was also wounded. He was hospitalised with injuries to his leg and arm.

Background: Russian troops bombarded the centre of Kherson on the morning of 31 July using Grad multiple-launch rocket systems, killing one civilian and injuring four others. All of them are employees of a utility service of Kherson City Council.
