Russian forces launch S-300 missiles at Kharkiv, wounding person
Russian forces hit Kharkiv with S-300 missiles from the territory of Belgorod Oblast on the night of 30-31 July.

Details: Chubenko noted that the missile hit the warehouses of a commercial business in the Novobavarskyi district in Kharkiv.
A man, who was near the place of strike, was wounded.
A fire also broke out as a result of the strike, covering an area of 200 square metres.
Later, the State Emergency Service specified that the warehouse building was partially destroyed. The casualty turned out to be a security guard at the company. The man was taken to hospital.
In addition, another missile hit the grounds of a private household in the village of Velykyi Burluk. Chubenko said there were no casualties.
