Russians hit Kharkiv, fire reported in city
After midnight of 30-31 July, the Russians hit Kharkiv, and explosions were heard in the city.

Details: Syniehubov said that "the occupiers are striking".
He called on residents of Kharkiv and tge namesake oblast to stay in shelters.
Suspilne Kharkiv noted that explosions were heard in the city of Kharkiv.
Background: After midnight on 31 July, the Air Force warned civilians of a missile threat throughout Ukraine.
Update: At 00:33, Terekhov reported that "two airstrikes were heard". Early reports say non-residential premises were hit.
A fire broke out at the scene.
"There is no information about any casualties yet. The State Emergency Service is working at the scene," Terekhov added.
