Quote: "The investigation found out that on 30 July 2023, at 14:15, the Russian army fired at Kostiantynivka. Early reports said the invaders used artillery. Two neighbours, a 24-year-old man and a 81-year-old woman, received shrapnel wounds from the explosions. At the time of the shelling, the victims were at home. Paramedics treated them right on the spot.
At 05:30, Russian troops probably launched a missile strike on the village of Predtechyno in the Kostiantynivka hromada. As a result of it hitting a private house directly, a 57-year-old man was trapped under the rubble. He died on the spot from his injuries.
At least 12 residential buildings and a gas pipeline were damaged by the attacks."
