Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived at the contact zone to greet the soldiers on the Day of Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Quote from Zelenskyy: "Bakhmut front, frontline positions of Special Operations Forces. Today I am here to greet our soldiers on the Day of Special Operations Forces, to honour their strength.

I listened to the commander's report and talked to the soldiers. Very powerful and very effective.

Although I can't tell any details about the current operations of the SOF – only over time – but your guys' performance of tasks for the sake of Ukraine is heroic."
