Attack on Kostiantynivka with cluster munitions: Second child dies in hospital

A second child has died in hospital after Russians attacked the town of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast with cluster munitions yesterday.

Details: Kyrylenko said that as a result of the attack with cluster munitions, three people had been killed, including two children, and six more people had been wounded.

Background: On the evening of 24 July, the Russian military fired cluster munitions at Kostiantynivka, Donetsk Oblast. At around 19:00, the Russians opened fire on a local pond where people were resting. The attack was carried out with cluster munitions fired from Smerch multiple-launch rocket systems.
