Quote: "I’ve visited our combat brigades on two active fronts. Due to the difficult and opposite situation on the Bakhmut and Lyman fronts, it was necessary to adjust our plans, listen to the commanders, learn about their vision of the situation and problems, and make balanced, adequate decisions.
For me, it is fundamentally important to understand what the commander and the soldier need directly on the battlefield and where we currently have the most difficult situation."
Details: Syrskyi met with Ukrainian soldiers, honoured them with awards and made "valuable gifts".
As the commander of the Ground Forces said, such meetings strengthen mutual trust and the understanding that we are moving "in the right direction, towards Victory".
Background: On the morning of 25 July, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Ukrainian troops continued offensives north and south of Bakhmut on the Bakhmut front. On the Lyman front, the Russians carried out air strikes and artillery shellings.
