Ukrainian Armed Forces confirm use of cluster munitions around Bakhmut
Serhii Cherevatyi, spokesman for the Eastern Group of Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), has confirmed that the AFU have been using cluster munitions around the city of Bakhmut.

Details: When asked whether Cherevatyi could confirm the information spread by Russian "military bloggers" regarding the use of US-made cluster munitions around Bakhmut, he replied:
Quote: "The AFU have been using the entire range of ammunition provided by our partners and doing so effectively. The fact that Russian military bloggers mention this compliments our artillerymen."
More details: Cherevatyi also commented on the Russian offensive in the area of the settlement of Novoiehorivka on the Svatove front.
Quote: "The situation there is under control. Even if there are certain actions, they are part of tactical movements. And the enemy has not managed to make any significant progress, although they have been trying to concentrate maximum efforts there over the past week."
