Council of Europe Secretary General on new Russian attack on Odesa

On the night of 22-23 July, Russia launched another missile attack on Odesa. The Odesa Oblast Military Administration reported that six buildings were destroyed. The Transfiguration Cathedral, the largest cathedral in the city, was also severely damaged.
The Air Force of Ukraine reported that Russians fired 19 missiles of various types, including five Oniks missiles, on Odesa Oblast overnight. Air defence forces shot down nine missiles.
