Ukraine's Armed Forces advance on Tavriia front

Ukrainian defenders are advancing on the Tavriia front despite Russian air attacks and mined territory.

Quote: "Work is ongoing on the Tavriia front. The defence forces are systematically killing the Russians. Despite the mined areas and enemy air strikes, our soldiers are advancing." 

Details: Tarnavskyi specified that over the past day, the Russians attacked Ukrainian positions 16 times and fired 650 times.

The artillery units of the Ukrainian Defence Forces of the Tavriia front carried out 1,412 firing missions. Over the last day, Russian losses in killed and wounded amounted to almost two companies. A total of 25 units of Russian military equipment have been destroyed.

In particular, the Ukrainian defenders destroyed three tanks, one armoured combat vehicle, three Grad multiple-launch rocket systems, an Orlan-10 UAV, two Strela-10 anti-aircraft missile systems, two Msta-B 2A65 howitzers, two Akatsiya 2S3 self-propelled artillery systems, a Giatsynt-B gun, a Giatsynt-C gun, a D-30 howitzer, a Tunguska anti-aircraft gun missile system and vehicles.

Three Russian ammunition storage points were also destroyed.
