Russians hit Bilopillia in Sumy Oblast, killing civilians

Russian invaders attacked the city of Bilopillia, Sumy Oblast, on the afternoon of 17 July. The attack resulted in civilian casualties.

Quote: "Between 12:35 and 12:39 today, artillery shelling (three explosions) was carried out near Bilopillia."

Details: An administrative building was destroyed and people were killed and injured in the shelling. "The number [of casualties] is being confirmed," the Oblast Military Administration reported.

As of 15:00, two people have been reported killed in the attack. In addition, Oleh Strilka, the spokesman for the chief department of the State Emergency Service in Sumy Oblast, reported on five wounded specialists of the State Emergency Service.
