Russians attack Kharkiv again
Russian troops are striking the city of Kharkiv for the third time in a day.

Details: An air-raid warning has been issued in Kharkiv Oblast, as well as in a number of other oblasts.
Later, the air-raid alarm ceased. The consequences of the strike have not yet been reported.
Update at 00:57: Suspilne news outlet has stated that Dmytro Chubenko, the spokesperson for Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office, said that at 22:10 on 16 July, Russia attacked the territory of an industrial facility in the Osnoviansky district, and no casualties were reported.
Background: On Sunday evening, Russian troops struck the city of Kharkiv for the second time in a day, hitting the Osnovianskyi district. Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, reported that four people were injured in the attack. Ihor Terekhov, Mayor of Kharkiv, reported about seven victims.
Later, the Prosecutor General's Office clarified that one person was killed and three more injured in the Russian missile strike on the city of Kharkiv on Sunday evening, all of them employees of an industrial enterprise.
Before that, the Russian troops attacked the city of Kharkiv with S-300 missiles on the night of 15-16 July, causing minor damage but no casualties.
