France's special envoy for reconstruction arrives in Ukraine again
Pierre Heilbronn, France's special envoy for aid and reconstruction, has arrived in Ukraine.

Details: Heilbronn wrote on the evening of 9 July that he was back in Ukraine and "alongside this country and its people after 500 days of systematic destruction."

The official said that during the meetings he will discuss the transformation of Ukraine and reforms together with partners in the EU and the Group of Seven, as well as numerous projects in such areas as healthcare, critical infrastructure, modern technologies, etc.
As far as we know, Heilbronn’s previous visit to Kyiv was in mid-April.
The French President appointed Pierre Heilbronn as Special Envoy for Aid and Reconstruction in Ukraine in March 2023. Pierre Heilbronn was previously Vice President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
