Russians attack settlement in Kherson Oblast while people were receiving medical aid: one is seriously injured

Russian troops attacked the settlement of Tiahynka in Kherson Oblast, when the residents were receiving humanitarian aid, an elderly man was seriously wounded.

Quote: "This afternoon, the Russian military shelled Beryslav district! The occupiers launched an insidious artillery attack on the settlement of Tiahynka at the very time when the residents were receiving humanitarian aid.

As a result, an elderly man was injured; he was taken to hospital in severe condition."

Background: As a result of another attack on the city of Kherson, launched while the evacuation measures were being conducted, three people were injured, including an underage girl.
